I just wanted to take a minute to share how blessed I feel to have Lise’s yoga class to look forward to twice a week. I never imagined an online delivery could be so effective. I attribute that to Lise’s deep expertise, clear and direct instruction, and how she brings participants together with her warm and fun loving soul. It has made a real difference for me in my struggle with depression, sleep issues and just overall well being. I can feel myself getting stronger, too.
Lise is a perfectionist and a wonderful teacher. Her Pilates class has changed my core strength and muscle tone in the best possible way, allowing me to reach the next level in my other sports (soccer and trail running). I'm 37 and the most fit I've ever been. I will attribute this to her teaching and motivational support. Going online was fun and it's nice to see everyone again. I recommend her Zoom classes for any level of fitness. I feel so happy after spending time with Lise.
Lise is professional and has been wonderful and fun to work with. She continues to show me and teach how to combine diet, mindfulness, and of course, the yoga and exercise regimen that suits me. My condition has improved and I'm confident it will continue to do so. I recommend Lise very highly to everyone from the exercise-diet neophyte looking for classes and/or personal coaching, anyone recovering from a setback in life, and certainly to the fit looking for personal advancement.
I love Lise's classes on line. It's perfect in this time of social distancing & quarantine. You can join in with others safely & enjoy an excellent class to help your body and your mind. Lise is organized, knowledgeable & very fun. My daughter helped me get involved in the classes. We do a lot together & that is fun too. I'm so glad we can do this. You won't regret joining in!!.
The new online yoga with Lise has been a lifeline to feeling connected to yoga friends and the world as we knew it. Lise is a wonderful guide to better health and wellness and I look forward to every class that I attend. Lise’s yoga classes take care of our body and soul. 🙂
