(August 23, 2021, 2:13 am)Holy where to start? Most beautiful beach with shallow kind of warm water that I have ever seen since moving to BC from the east coast. Not too crowded on a Friday. People were also very polite and well behave. At low tide, there is plenty of space to play ball games without bothering people. Perfect spot to paddle board.

(August 21, 2021, 11:50 pm)Just a stunner of a beach. It doesn't get much better than this. It can get very busy at the west end so if you are looking for a little more quiet, make the trek down to the tennis court end. In the summer the water is beautiful. Low tide extends pretty far for great sand castle building. High tide the water warms up nicely from the hot sand. Another must visit if you've made the trip to Hornby.
