I once was a bit nervous about Accupuncture but knew I needed TCM for chronic pain in my shoulder, inflammation/digestive issues and nervous system down regulation. I went to Che and felt welcomed and understood. She listened intently to everything and treated me holistically. She went above and beyond in many ways. I left feeling completely relaxed and craving more. When I go back I have zero concerns about needles and trust Che to look after me. She has a professional and warm demeanour with wisdom, intuitive and knowledge that heals. Highly recommend for any maladies you might be seeking support no for.

It was the first time I have had treatment from an Acupuncturist and I learned so much about myself. Che takes a holistic approach which I really appreciated as it aligns well with my own beliefs. She educated me on which treatments were for what and her compassion is a treatment in itself!
Helped me immensely to get through a very stressful time; my mind and body feel re-balanced and peaceful. From knee pain, poor sleep, inflammation, anxiety, hot-flashes, Che addressed it all and then some.
Che is professional, kind, efficient and absolutely effective! Plus, her clinic is a very serene space....those soft sheets!
