(February 17, 2023, 10:15 pm)Called Rob back after a bad leak coming from our outdoor faucet. The job was a pain, as the hot water tank needed to be moved to gain access to the problem but like always, Rick was timely and got the job done beautifully.
Rob & Rick are the best plumbers in town. Not only do they offer timely quotes, but they actually follow-up and show up to do the work. Before I found them, I had spent 2 months and spoke to (and received quotes from) 5 other plumbers to do our Poly B job. Some were too busy. Some didn't show up to do the quote after they scheduled it. Others quoted and ghosted us. It's been rough! But, it was a blessing in disguise because it led me to Perseverance. They were communicative, timely, and I felt like they respected my time and home. They also got the job done in 2 days vs. the 10+ days I was being told by others. I really felt taken care of throughout the process. They also did some other odd jobs not related to the Poly B afterwards which was great because I know how busy they are. I wish I had more work for them! That's how wonderful they are to work with. Can't recommend Rob and Rick enough. They are a gem of the Comox Valley trades. 🏆 -

He came by after a long day on a Thursday and assessed the job and returned on Monday evening (we weren't available before then), and had our vanity hooked up quickly. They even vacuumed up their mess afterwards! He was also very kind to my 4 year old who was full of questions. I will call them again in the future.

(April 8, 2022, 10:16 pm)We bought a house that had a dishwasher that was too disgusting to use and I was looking for a plumber to install our new one ASAP. I called around a few of the local businesses and was being quoted 1-3 weeks for install. However, these guys really saved the day… I talked to them in the morning and our dishwasher was being installed by noon of the same day!
They also picked it up at the store and took away our old one. They were super professional, reasonably priced and just all around nice people to deal with. Finding them really made unpacking a house with a 9 month old a lot more bearable. Bonus, we found our go-to plumbing & gas company.
