In my travels to larger cities (e.g. Vancouver, Seattle, Portland, Austin, etc.), I struggle to find coffee shops that can match the quality, consistency, variety, and ambiance of Laneway. I'm very lucky to be a local to visit often and can highly recommend Laneway to any visitors to Cumberland. The whole crew is knowledgeable, kind, and hard-working. World class.

Ambiance is very pleasant. Culinary options vary, something for everyone. Awesome daily soups. Great coffee! -

(August 12, 2023, 4:08 pm)Excellent little Cafe on main Street. We walked over and had both hot and cold drinks with a light breakfast. Everything was delicious. They also had a cute little outdoor seating area where we had coffee with our pup. Will come back again during our stay here.

(December 18, 2022, 12:25 am)From the ambiance (love the big beautiful green wall with logo) delicious coffee and super tasty food this coffee shop is a welcome addition to Cumberland! We tried the Mac & Cheese, Beef Sandwich & Vegetarian Sandwich. Prices are great!
