I tried to book appointment at a different dealership, with extremely poor customer service, then I reached out to Westview. I spoke with Brianna on Thursday and she was pleasant, courteous and professional. She provided me an email quote for service I requested with a couple appointment options and left me a voicemail that she wouldn't be in Friday and someone else would be able to assist me. I called Friday and spoke with Chelsea, who was also very pleasant, courteous and professional. She booked me an appointment convenient for me and verified the part was in stock and gave me an approximate time required to do work.
Well done Westview Ford and thank you. -
