(September 13, 2023, 6:55 pm)Great customer service! Heather responded to my online request immediately. The occasional missed pickup in past few years (rarely!) and they always follow through asap. They replaced an old bin and repaired another, both times a request was made. I'm sure they have experienced staff shortages in the past few years, just like most businesses have; and likely vehicle breakdowns from time to time as well. Thanks again for the great service!
