(August 2, 2023, 1:25 am)I don’t write reviews often, but felt the need to today. Shaun in the Staples Printing department provided the best customer service I have had in years. This is not hyperbole. I own two businesses and have managed a few others. His professionalism, and perseverance when I was experiencing issues with the offsite printing was next level. He followed up unasked a couple of times a day. Went out of his way to solve the issue I was having and provided constant updates. I was going to send my printing out to a competitor, but has made a customer for life. His customer service, attention to detail and ability to take charge and solve the problem were amazing. Give that man a raise.
