He ensured that we understood the buying process, got us a great rate, called frequently to reassure during the process, and went over and above to work around my chaotic work schedule. Our previous broker had fallen through and we were in a very hectic situation. Rick was excellent and efficient, ensuring we were able to get a mortgage in time to buy the house. I highly recommend his services.
