I simply asked to get the correct information on the use of the EV charging units in the hotel because the front desk personnel had incorrect information, and his response was that it was my responsibility to know how to use those chargers instead of providing help on the questions. (rude)

(December 31, 2023, 6:53 pm)Gifted an Oh Spa certificate for my birthday, I enjoyed a massage. From the moment I entered, the staff group was so upbeat and cohesive in being caring and efficient. Devin's treatment was AMAZING! I would return for sure. Excellent all-round everything. GREAT staff!!

Cannot get over how relaxing it is gazing on the beauty of it before sessions. -

(August 10, 2023, 7:26 pm)Honestly this is probably one of the nicest hotels on the island. The staff was super accommodating, the place is extremely clean, and the rooms are huge and extremely comfortable. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!
