(October 20, 2023, 4:52 am)This operation is top of the class!! Terrific front end where she is prompt, polite, and efficient. If she tells you something will be done .. it is done one time AND at the quote originally provided. The fellows (Tom) in the back were super quick in replacing my clutch in my Toyota Echo, and incredibly efficient. They will immediately deal with any concerns or questions. This place should be a model of how to do things right! Some other local places can take lessons from T’s Pit Stop. If you want pastries and coffee (which you are paying for) then a dealership is for you. If you want the job done quickly and at a VERY reasonable price then it is T’s Pit Stop. Hats off to the staff for a job well done. I will be back. Highly recommended.

(September 30, 2023, 5:13 pm)I called on a statutory holiday with fingers crossed and even though Tom was not open for business that day, he called me back, listened to my issue, and offered to pop by my home to have a look to see if it was a simple fix. It took him seconds to realise a hose had come loose, and he reconnected it for me and then refused any payment! Worth his weight in GOLD and will be my go to mechanic from now on, THANK YOU TOM!! Absolutely saved my day and I couldn’t be more grateful!

I highly recommend Hartleys Place.
