From the manager to the finance agent and insurance broker, everyone was nice and very helpful. I'd also like to give a special standout thank you to the sales rep Austin Pridge. Austin was absolutely incredible at making me feel valued and respected as a customer, maintaining an incredible balance between professionalism and friendliness. I would absolutely come here again in the future and strongly recommend anyone looking to get a vehicle to check out the Courtenay Mazda and their lineup with their absolutely incredible staff!

From start to finish, Travis and the finance team were fantastic to work with. Travis gave us both a peace of mind with every step we took to bring our new vehicle home.
We have had a blast with our new vehicle. We are so grateful for this new chapter in our lives.

I am an international student from India living in Victoria. My old car was totalled in a minor accident and I was actively looking for a replacement car. I wanted to go via a dealership since it is a bit more reliable than a random seller off the internet.
I looked everywhere from Victoria to Nanaimo, all over the southern island for good deals but they did not have anything even close to decent in my price range ( -
