(December 6, 2023, 7:37 pm)My husband cracked a tooth on a rock found in Green Giant Peas, we were extremely unhappy with our last dentist and knew a dear friend Mia had recently started working at Braidwood Dental so I reached out to her. BEST DECISION we've made in a very long time. It happened on a Friday and he was seen on the Monday. The reception staff, Mia & Jane are FABULOUS, so knowledgeable, caring and kind. Since I hadn't seen a dentist to finish previously started work, she got me in also. I must insert here that my anxiety shoots thru the roof when it comes to dentists, (had a freezing needle broken off in my jaw bone) I am simply put TERRIFIED. Mia took care of that also, making sure I had meds to take before my appt. Dr Durling & his assistant were AWESOME, there were no judgements on my shaking like crazy, they were so reassuring, kind and always telling me what they were doing next. The appt flew by. When it came time to pay, there was another surprise, but a GOOD one. It was much more affordable than we expected, to the point we are having more work done in the very near future. They are so on top of the insurance coverage, there is absolutely NO guesswork. Both my husband and I HIGHLY recommend Braidwood Dental, your smile will love you for it.

(November 18, 2023, 6:28 pm)I was googling a dental clinic to go to and came across this office. I've never been disappointed, everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. I never feel uncomfortable which says a lot for me because I have social sensitivity. I definitely reccomend.

After my first visit to Braidwood Dental Clinic , the way the clinic is run, the staff treats patients and each other is first class. I can't say enough. Very happy to be a patients there and can not say a single negative word. -

Went in for an emergency and I was SO scared, but the clinic is super calming and everyone that works there are kind, patient, and very good at making sure you're taken care of. Within an hour of phoning about tooth pain, they were able to fit me in ASAP and I had a tooth extraction that went really smoothly (pun intended here). Even with no insurance the price was a lot more affordable than I was expecting too. Thank you so much for everyone that works here and cares about your patients... Even the weird anxious ones. Will definitely be back. You've saved me from so much pain!
