She recently help us sell our current home even in this tight market. This was done even with all the renovation that was required. Did I mentioned I was out of town. Tracy and her team including a contractor did magic to make my house stand out vs the rest. She used all trending platform to sell including Facebook and instagram.

She was referred through a friend and we could not be happier with our experience. We purchased our home from the mainland and made several trips over but relied heavily on Tracy's knowledge of the valley, the schools, the neighbourhoods, and most importantly our needs. She is extremely knowledgeable on building codes and standards, zoning, future city planning and seems to know everyone in the valley :). She and her team are responsive, always available and a pleasure to work with. She helped us maintain our cool during the process when we needed it most and provided sound advice when we got a bit ahead of ourselves. Her knowledge and experience was everything we needed to purchase our home with confidence and on a personal note, she was a lot of fun to work with! It’s been the best experience. We bought and sold within a 24hr period and she made it all happen! She took all the pressure off of us and had everything organized for us. Her Team including Chris and Matt made everything great for us! I honestly cannot say enough good things about Tracy!

Tracy is very knowledgeable and quick to respond and deal with questions we had. We highly recommend Tracy as a real estate agent and would use her for ourselves again and family members!!
