Working with Sayre and his team on a renovation in Comox was seamless. They were great at communicating if they had any questions about the design and followed the plan to a T.

I was impressed by the communication before, during and after project completion. (June 18, 2019, 4:27 am)We interviewed several contractors while preparing for an extensive renovation project on our home and decided to go with Sayre and Coast Catalyst - a decision we’re very grateful to have made.
From the outset, we were impressed with Sayre and his team. Sayre always took the time to explain our options and made sure we were well versed at each step of our project. As first time home owners we had lots of questions and Sayre always too the time to answer them.
Sayre also connected us with other reliable trades and when we strayed from his network we found ourselves wishing we hadn’t.
As construction progressed, we found his whole team to be skilled, timely and also friendly, which counts when you’re sharing your home for a few months!
Aside from a great contractor Sayre is also a great Dad, his kids are lovely. Sayre grew up in this valley, he loves his home and knows a lot of folks, plus, where a few good deals can be had. If you can book Sayre and Coast Catalyst for your project you’re in most capable hands.
