(July 6, 2020, 3:25 am)I worked out here over the Christmas period. I'm from out of town. The facility had what I needed, although the equipment was dated. The staff was friendly and professional. However, the owner needs an attitude adjustment.

This place is a breath of fresh air compared to the cookie cutter gym chains. Feels like an old school gym without the meatheats and that’s a very good thing.
