(September 24, 2020, 9:15 pm)I cannot say enough about Quality Appraisals. I requested an appraisal on a time crunch and they responded very quickly to my request. Administration staff very professional, friendly, truthful and efficient. The appraiser was also very professional with completed appraisal of same. I requested some re-addressing to be done and same hour - quick response. I would absolutely 5 star recommend this business for friendliness, accuracy and professionalism.

He was professional, knowledgable and answered all questions/concerns we had about the process. The appraisal was back to us within 2 weeks and very in depth - more than what was required by the bank and extremely useful in the planning of our next steps!

Julian was amazingly fast at returning my original call and was very accommodating with the short time line for the sale of our property. The fees were very reasonable and the report was provided in a timely manner. I would not hesitate for a second to use Quality Appraisals again

Mark was our appraiser and his genuine care, attention to details, his history in the industry, and his clear integrity stood him apart not just as a professional but as an excellent human being whom we were more then happy and comfortable having to out home.
