Gene is a very knowledgeable guy and was very professional.
Gene responded quickly to my first minor "clogging" emergency with professional skill, and reasonable cost. Then he promised to return to fix, and replace, another "under sink" problem. Which he did, with equal timeliness, and skills . Now, he "My Go To Guy" for everything Plumb Local, related. I highly recommend.
