I have to say that I was very impressed by his professionalism! His years in business certainly reflected in his thoroughness and accuracy of his report! In my opinion being a very fussy homeowner as well as 40yr. business owner, I was extremely impressed overall and would highly recommend Dave Brice!

(April 13, 2018, 11:16 pm)Dave offers an incredibly high level of service and expertise. I required a speedy turn-around on a commercial building purchase. Dave responded quickly to my phone call, scheduled a time and completed the report several days ahead of the promised date. The level of detail in his report was awesome and helped me feel confident that my desired building, is a good purchase. Any time I've had questions or needs, Dave has always responded quickly. I will use him again, no doubt!
