(August 22, 2023, 1:48 am)We spent an extended weekend at this lodge during the summer. Was an incredible time. Our party consisted of 10 adults and 2 children, the lodge was more than enough space for all of us. Easy access to amazing hiking, and the sauna at the end of each trek made for a great finish to each day. Highly recommend, would stay here again.

(March 5, 2019, 8:20 pm)Nicely appointed, remote backcountry ski touring lodge near the north edge of Yoho National Park. Indoor washrooms, great sauna. Lodge bookings are unguided, uncatered so you need to look after those needs yourself. Group size is 13 people max. Fly in/out from the Golden Airport via Alpine Helicopters. 7 day trips throughout the snowy season with guest exchanges on Sundays. Reliable snowpack and varied terrain featuring plenty of alpine & tree skiing as weather dictates. Spectacular views of the Mummery Glacier to the northwest & Amiskwi Pass/drainage to the south.
