(September 4, 2018, 10:04 pm)Booked truck weeks in advance. Showed up to get it, not there and never came back.Had to use a way smaller truck. Then got told truck had to be back by 9am the next day or I would be charged. So wrong truck and couldn't even keep it for 24hrs even though I booked it for that. Was supposed to get a credit and never did. Glad I played tetris as a kid.
Tried to call customer service 3 time. Sat on hold for 20mins then gave up everytime.
But the guys at the store are great. -
