  I had my thyroid removed about five years ago and was left with a horrible scar. It has always made me feel self-conscious and uncomfortable. When I started seeing Shelby to have my scar lightly tattooed to blend with my skin tone, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Not only have the results been amazing, but Shelby is the kindest skin specialist/professional that I have met in a very long time.   I went to Shelby's Skin repair a few weeks ago and was very impressed. I was nervous for my appointment, but Shelby made me feel comfortable and was very thorough with explaining the procedure and what to expect. The procedure was painless, the results do take time but so far I am extremely happy with what I can no longer see. I highly recommend this place if you need any sort of camouflaging done- I can't wait for my next appointment and to see the final results.

  I had some scaring from an accident on my leg that I have always been self conscious of. I tried expensive creams and some very "interesting" Wiki Health home remedies, but nothing truly worked. I came across scar camouflaging from a co-worker and I could hardly notice she even had a scaring.
  
  I was still a little apprehensive about the idea of "tattooing" my scars and I wanted to learn more. I contacted Shelby and she was very thorough in describing how it all worked. It put me to ease and we started on our treatment. We are halfway done and I am thrilled with the results already! I can't wait to never have to answer "where did you get the scar from?” again.
