  Can never make sense out of how they categorize and locate foods. Has good variety so will continue to shop, maybe I'll learn where things are in time..

  I am very pleased with the continued great service at the West Kelowna Superstore. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly, most notably the cashiers, specifically Matthew.
  Recently I addressed the issue of the produce department not providing vegetarian Caesar salads. I was given a reply by the Customer Care department and also by the store manager in West Kelowna immediately. I am very happy to say they know offer a vegetarian Caesar salad. Thank you Superstore.

  Always a great selection of high quality, low cost products. Their PC products are exceptional and, at times, very unique to the standard fare of other grocery chains.

  Good service. Shelves always well stocked. Whole store is clean and fresh smelling. Clean restrooms. Knowledgeable staff. My favorite grocery store.
