Seems like there is rarely more than 1-2 tellers, so teller wait times can be longer depending on time of day/needs. Simone has helped me with opening and closing accounts and she is amazing - professional, quick, and super friendly. She also does a great job explaining terms, etc. in an understandable way. Highly recommended her if you need account help.
