Needed a dryer belt for an older dryer, called Christina to see if she had the part. Said she didn't, but was going to order one. Even offered to let me dry my wet clothes at her place! Recommended another appliance shop to check with them. If not, call her back and she would hold the part for me when it came in. While I was checking, she called me back to say she had found one! Definitely the "go to" place for parts. Thanks again, Christina!

Had a broken microwave door handle. Everywhere I checked I was told that the handle only came with the door, and the door was no longer available.... meaning I needed a whole new microwave! I provided Christina with a few photos and measurements and she went the extra mile to do some sleuthing work and discovered another manufacturer that essentially made the same handle. I was given a 'guarantee' that I could return it if it didn't fit, however after the new handle was delivered straight to my door I found it fit perfectly! Her commitment and hard work literally saved me hundreds of dollars!

I am absolutely blown away by not only Christina’s customer service but also her ability and resourcefulness to find parts that no one else can! I have used her service on a couple of occasions now and she has promptly and efficiently sourced parts that were back ordered for months in a matter of minutes and I had them on my doorstep within a day or too! She has saved me time and money and is a delight to deal with. If you think a part is impossible to source just call Christina! She will have it for you within minutes! I don’t think 5 stars is enough! Thank you for everything Christina, you will definitely be my go to from now on.

Great customer service, very fast delivery - even to Ontario - and after sales support. The team was very responsive to emails, answered all of my questions, and shipped the parts very quickly. Then, when I was concerned with a possible defect from the manufacturer, they coordinated the immediate replacement for me!
