Ken, the owner of Valley Vents was extremely knowledgable about our dryer which made us feel comfortable since he had to dismantle part of the dryer to clean the inside. He also looked and acted very professional which is important when you have a service man in your house. He also was very aware of not leaving a mess which is another sign of professionalism. BEST SERVICE!! Ken - Valley Vents answered my call same day, he figured out the issue within seconds of listening to my dryer system. He fixed the dryer system in approx 15 minutes and he even did it for a discount price because it was something he could fix with no problem!
