  Stayed here after a concert. Was wonderful. We used the outdoor pool and hot tub even though it was November. Had a full on one bedroom, two bath,fully contained suite. Next to casino and close to other bars and restaurants. Right on the lake waterfront Kelowna.

  Nice place very posh, stayed in a 3 bdrm suit, beautiful rooftop pool, but...kinda dirty..not bad..just not perfect. Found old corn nuts in my night stand drawer. I mentioned it to the front desk, the next morning when I got back from work...room.cleaned new towels..and still corn nuts loose in drawer...they couldn't be bothered to take notes of pass on the info or just CLEAN properly. ...what else wasn't cleaned properly I wonder? At that price per night..I expected better.

  Would have given 5 stars had it not been for an experience that was beyond the hotel's fault. My wife and I went for an evening soak in the hot tub around 9:00 pm and there was a group of high school students fornicating in the outdoor hot tub. The kids were bragging about "breaking in" to the hotel, so they weren't actually guests. I mentioned it to the front desk and the hot tub was drained and cleaned the very next morning. The hotel can't be faulted for this experience as they took all of the correct steps to rectify the issue.
  
  The suites are amazing, views incredible and staff are friendly and helpful.
  
  Will definitely be staying at the Royal every trip to Kelowna from here on.

  Wonderful location and gorgeous views. Loved the gated free parking, too. We walked everywhere from here. Right on the lake. The spa/pool views were extraordinary, day and night. Excellent people working at the front desk. Very helpful. I highly recommend as long as you know the one-bedroom units are very small and tight. It's all pretty dark, too. I know it's a historic property, but I swear it was a double bed, very uncomfortable, too, and no room to move around the bed. The shower was so tiny, you could barely turn around in it. The 2-bedroom has a larger master and bigger bed, but the bathroom is shared with the second bedroom. Seems like some of the furnishings are old and could use some updating. BUT, still a lovely place and we had an awesome week here. This is definitely the best location in town.

  Absolutely beautiful! From the moment you walk in the doors you're greeted by the staff. So friendly and professional! We asked for early check in and received it. Our suite was superb! Well stocked and immaculately clean! We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom suite! (Thank you very much). I cannot stress how wonderful our stay was. Sadly it was only 1 night that we got to live like a Rockstar! Cannot wait to go back. Thank you again to the great staff!
