  My husband and I recently purchased a new home in Kelowna and our realtor recommended C4U Inspections for our home inspection. We were not able to be in attendance on the scheduled date so our realtor attended on our behalf and forwarded a video upon completion. Lloyd was very thorough and provided with us with advice to go forward. Also, I had to call him twice for guidance in other areas and each time he took the time to guide me through the process, in a very kindly and patient manner. We would definitely recommend this company.

  Lloyd was thorough and professional. He took time to answer my questions and was extremely fast at getting the full report back to me. The pictures on the report will service as great reminders for the areas we need to pay attention to. Thanks Lloyd!

  Lloyd is probably one of the finest home inspection professional in the valley. Lloyd provided me advice for most of my properties over the last several years. He is knowledgeable, highly skilled, through and very client centric. His Reports are almost work of arts, very well organized supported by photos and very easy to follow. If you are in real estate, Lloyd must be in your Team!
