Got the Frigidaire range delivered and installed without any problems, then tried and tested, all OK. Found out about the special and "Free delivery". Called Trail and was assured ( Michael ) that delivery charge would be reimbursed. Very, very pleasant experience. Thank you to the staff at Trail, Kelowna.

The comfort and assistance provided by Karen and Aaron helped with the transition. Trail Appliance Kelowna beat all other pricing quotes provided by competitors and the customer service received has been outstanding. -

(April 11, 2019, 6:56 pm)I came in to purchase a new washer and dryer. Christina was helpful and knowledgeable...and friendly! My first time purchasing at Trail Appliances was a great experience. Who knew I would be back within a week to buy a new dishwasher (funny not funny that my D/W broke). This time I dealt with David (Christina was not working). Again great customer service! We will definitely be repeat customers!!

Has worked well for us. Delivery is done by careful and courteous staff also. Just the best experience for appliance buying. Trail Kelowna has the knowledge of their products and matches them to the buyer.
