  I'm torn. On the one hand... their "Kelownut" (their take on the famous Cronut) is phenomenal. Probably the best donut anywhere and well worth the $2.50.
  
  But on the other hand... they also have a Bistro. And it is obviously very popular. I'm just not sure why. The cafeteria style service is inefficient and impersonal. The prices are modest, but not really good value for the quality. And quality is my main concern. I would have figured a place this popular would make their own burger patties (I asked and was told they are just frozen patties) and considering they are attached to a bakery, I expected something special from the bread... but my sandwich had commercial sliced bread with some basic deli meat in the middle. Meh.
  
  I mean... it's ok. But yeah, 3 stars. 4 only because of the donut.

  Food was ok but was only served warm. Service was good. Coffee choices were good as well. Did not try any of their sweet things. Just 7 of us having breakfast. Would I go back? Maybe just to try their pastries.
