  We are very satisfied with our new roof installed by Howard and his crew. Howard was extremely knowledgeable and helpful from the beginning - from explaining the differences in the options of roofing materials to how the roof will be installed. Howard did not just measure our roof, but first he inspected the roof to identify any potential issues or concerns then had the solutions to make sure our roof would be done right. The workers that installed the roof were polite, conscientious, and have years of experience as certified roofers. They wear their safety harnesses at all times when they are on the roof. The jobsite was meticulously cleaned up after each shift and at the end of the job the property was as clean as when they started. If you would like your roof to be professionally installed at a reasonable price, done right and worry free, we highly recommend you hire Howard and his crew at Roof Doctor!

  As a first-time homeowner, I was fairly anxious about hiring a roofer to replace my 27-year-old cedar shake roof. I had read numerous horror stories online about sales tricks and shoddy workmanship in the roofing industry. However, Roof Doctor made the entire process very comfortable. From the very first phone call, Trevor Ingram provided an abundance of useful information. The hand-delivered quote included proof of the company's insurance and Work Safe BC coverages, warranty information, and detailed product information for every component of the roof. When it came time to start the work, the weather posed a minor challenge, as it was consistently raining with only short periods of dry/sunny days. Trevor strategically acquired the materials and brought them to my house the week before the install in order to avoid the inevitable supply shortages once the weather cleared up. I was impressed by the crew's hard work and efficiency throughout the job. Had the work not been interrupted by rain, it would have likely been completed within the stated duration. The roof looks excellent, and the crew did a great job of cleaning up my yard and leaving it as it was when they arrived. From start to finish, Roof Doctor's communication and customer service was excellent, and I won't hesitate to hire them in the future.

  "The Roof Doctor" replaced my 26 year old cedar shake roof with a much improved new roof and all I can say is WOW! What a difference in the appearance of my home!   We started with an ice damming issue with my son's trailer. Trevor was incredible. Couldn't have asked for better service. Out of the six companies I called in a panic, Trevor was on the ball and so helpful. No over sell. Told us what we needed to do, could do and what could wait. I was so impressed with the workmanship and clean up, I had Roof Doctor do my own home. Again, speechless at the professional service. Mom was so impressed, she had Roof Doctor do hers as well. One family, three incredibly satisfied customers with three beautiful rooves.
