  Very helpful and knowledgeable team. Ryan helped us every step of the way. They had great suggestions with colors and finishes. Was never a hassle to find someone to help me. Replyed to my e-mail right away and helped me stay on buget. I recommend them to everyone!!!

  Okanagan Hardwood was outstanding from the moment we walked through the front door. Greg was so helpful in finding a hardwood floor to replace our damaged floor and had a wealth of experience. The rest of the team was very attentive to detail throughout the whole installation process and customer care to follow installation was second to none. Would recommend to anyone looking for great service!

  Staff are well trained, pay attention to details with material ordering and estimating, respectful of owners' property, clean up after each day's work, excellent service and customer satisfaction. Would recommend highly and everyone we came into contact with were friendly and personable. We love our vinyl planking throughout the house and kudos to Ryan, Heather, Pat, Kevin and Phil!   My contact with OHF started with Otto, who walked me through the various flooring options and helped me pick one that best matched my decor and budget. He is very knowledgeable and personable. He put me at ease and made the whole process easy. Heather helped to arrange and coordinate the job. She too is very knowledgeable and helpful. She kept me in the loop and answered any questions I had in a prompt and courteous manner. Kevin and Sam were tasked with removing the carpeting and linoleum from my condo. They did an excellent job and left everything cleaned and prepped for Phil who installed the laminate I had chosen. Phil has 19 years of experience and it shows! He did an amazing job. Thank you, OHF. You are all AWESOME.

  Okanagan Hardwood Flooring is an amazing, hard working company that delivers what they promise. After experiencing a disastrous outcome from a previous refinishing job on our walnut floors, OHF came to our home and restored our floors to perfection. The level of attention to detail, going the extra mile to ensure our floors were refinished to perfection and ongoing communication was beyond impressive. Everyone we worked with at OHF was remarkable, informative, professional, skilled, kind and respectful. We highly recommend this company, you won't be disappointed and will end up with a beautiful finished product.
