(March 29, 2019, 6:34 pm)A pleasant surprise with today’s visit. I’m sure you know the feeling of expecting the typical level of service at a fast food chain. Well, today I dropped by this Subway. It was just before lunch, but there were a few people lined up. The two staff members were pleasant - they greeted everyone who came in with a genuine greeting (not that plastic the-boss-told-me-to-greet-everyone). There was a genuine dialog over the assembly of the sandwich that made sure that the appropriate portions of each vegetable and sauce was correct. Overall a great experience with a sandwich assembled with care by staff who cared.

(January 22, 2019, 6:05 pm)Just went for a sandwich here and had a lovely worker named Jennifer helping us. Jennifer was very friendly and meticulous in ensuring our sandwiches were exactly how we wanted them. Very impressed with her and the customer service she provided!
