  I work for a competitor boat supplier, and we had a Crownline come in on trade. I called and talked to Dan Johnson in parts about the parts we were needing and sent him a email with the information off the boat and pictures of what we were looking for. He was quick to respond that he had contacted the manufacture and would let me know once they got back to him. He also has kept me in the loop that he had yet to hear back from the manufacture and apologized for the delay. To me this is outstanding service to have and even though I work for the competitor I am getting great service. Keep it up.

  Excellent customer service. Staff really know their stuff and take the time to explore all options before discussing repair options with customers.

  Dockside is awesome. This summer, I was stranded on the water with an overheated engine, and Tim was kind enough to give me advice over the phone, as to what to do. Without his input, I would have kept trying to find someone to tow me to the yacht club. Tim saved me the price of a tow. Recently, I asked a boat tech in town, Nick, to do the winterizing on my boat. After telling him what kind of boat and motor I had, he told me I also had to have an oil change done and it would cost me $400.. I called him and left a message to book an appointment and did not hear back from him in two days, so I called Dockside. I spoke to Trevor Bush and he said that my Evinrude motor never needed to have the oil changed. He also said to winterize it was very easy, it would take about five minutes, and he would be glad to show me how to do it! First time since I have owned my boat, I was not taken advantage of in being overcharged. Trevor was awesome. When he first came to my boat, the battery was dead, so he had to come back another day. He was not annoyed in the least, and said “no problem.” He refused to charge me and didn’t even want to take my tip, until I insisted! I am a customer for life. Thank you Trevor, for caring so much about your customers! Top notch service! Sharon Sorensen

  I recently had my boat serviced at Dockside. Met with technician Taylor Doll who performed the service. This guy is absolutely exceptional and provides super customer service. He met with me, explained clearly what had been done, and offered future maintenance tips as well. He is very knowledgeable and I was super impressed. He made me feel like he was working on his own boat rather than mine. This is my 25th year on the lake, and I would highly recommend Dockside and Taylor to any fellow boater. Really happy; thank you for a terrific service experience.
