  Super helpful and knowledgeable staff! Went in looking for a harness and they took the time to help me find the right harness to stop my dog from pulling and even assisted me in getting it properly fitted on my dog.

  Being a local business owner, I can appreciate good customer service and this place has it. Sabrina was fantastic and knowledgeable. Being our first puppy, we had a lot of questions and she was very patient with us. This will be our go to store from here on in. Thank you for the amazing customer service.

  I had an emergency as one of the doggos I walk decided to role in poop. They were very understanding when I walked in without a leash on him because there wss poop all over it and they let me borrow a store leash. The red haired woman quickly got the shower area ready for me and helped me every step of the way as someone who never ran into this before. Every time I go here the customer service is so on point. This is a regular place I visit now.

  Our cat recently had a vet checkup for constipation. He now needs a higher fibre diet and good food as opposed to the "other" foods out there. It is more expensive here, but well worth it! The staff are knowledgeable about their products and very helpful. If your cat or dog is as important as you tell your friends you need to be buying your food here.
