  My case was moved to an other firm without my consent. I very quickly received offer to settle that was endorsed by Hergott Law. The lowest offer was approx. minus 25000 dollars over the cost. Lawyer that overtook my case ignored assessment billed to me, copied and pasted dishonest assessment done for the offending driver and all done. Not having any representation would had been much better.

  It is truly my privilege to convey my satisfaction and gratitude of the Hergott team. Our relationship started in a very stressful and uncertain time when my good faith in ICBC began to wane as my two year claim deadline was approaching and I was being pressured by the adjuster to resolve my claim before the deadline passed. This at a time when I was still in the various specialist queues to begin assessing my injuries sustained in my no-fault collision. Paul and his team very quickly set my mind at ease by promptly committing their resources to afford me time to be assessed and begin the difficult path toward recovery. Throughout the long process of healing, assessments and resolution of my claim, the team at Hergott were consistently thoughtful, respectful and highly professional and quite personal. It was the personal touch that honestly carried me through my difficult journey to resolution. If ever asked who I would recommend in similar situations, I can honestly say, based on my experience, Hergott is a solid choice.

  Always felt that staff was very accommodating when needing stuff from me. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Felt very informed along the way and my case was handled great. Happy with the outcome.

  The staff and service are amazing. They attained the settlement I asked for and within a few weeks of my request to settle. A very trustworthy group of staff and law office. Best decision I made was choosing Hergott Law from the others I interviewed.
