  If I’m going to be honest. I’ve hated fitness my entire life. Passionately actually ????
  
  I met Jay Saunders when I was dropping my 9 year old off at the Final Round youth class (which my son LOVES)
  Jay pretty much looked at me and said you need to come to my gym....????.....As much as I loved the honesty, this was completely out of my comfort zone in all areas.
  
  I went and oddly enough not only did I sign on as a member. I go 5 days a week, I’m seeing results that I’ve never in my life seen before and I actually look forward to my workouts every day. Who would have ever thought?????
  NOT ME!!!!!
  
  Not only is Jay seriously the best coach Kelowna has to offer. You’re pretty much getting a personal trainer without the personal trainer fees. He’s so knowledgeable in what he does. But the best part is you can tell he cares about you and about your goals and he WANTS you to succeed.
  
  The work outs seriously kick your A** but are fun and great for all levels of fitness.
  
  The Final Round family is unbelievable. Super friendly, supportive and there has never been a day that I have felt uncomfortable walking into Final Round, unlike MANY other places/gyms I’ve tried in the past.
  
  Really, I could go on and on.
  As much as I’d selfishly like to keep this gym “our little secret” - I recommend Final Round to anyone out there who’s looking for a gym to join and if you’re wanting to see Real Results, then look no further. You’ve found it ????????

  Final Rounds energy is great place to workout in. Jay will definitely give you the drive that you are looking for to begin your fitness journey or even just to step up your fitness game. This place is good for all ages. Highly recommend!

  Love the workouts. Jay provides all the right tools to reach your fitness goals.
  
  I was so bored going to the standard gym and have little interest in the crossfit craze (not to mention how bad those are for the average person). This is the alternative that I've been looking for and so happy I joined. Great variation of classes offered and workouts are never boring. Keep it up!

  Classes are fun and hard! I've never been so sweaty! I am learning some boxing which I have never done before and that is challenging me in a new way. I'm excited to see where I end up! My kids all go here too - and my boys have done some personal training with Jay and really enjoyed that too. All around great place to get a great workout for a very fair price!

  I don’t write reviews very often unless I truly believe I’ve come across a place that deserves one. Final Round is not your typical gym. As soon as you step foot in this place, you feel the excitement and positive energy surrounding you. Anyone and everyone feels comfortable and never judged for their appearances, strength or fitness levels. The atmosphere is fun and the different classes and techniques of training will push you beyond what you thought you were capable of accomplishing. Hands down if your looking for a gym to push you a little harder, further and achieve faster results, I definitely suggest you try Final Round. You will have no regrets, only results.
