Outstanding! Caring! Attentive! Wonderful product! I can’t say enough about Fawn Lake Lumber and the absolute amazing customer service my husband and I have received. From the moment we met Annette in the office last year I knew we were in good hands! We were shopping for a bunkie to place on our property nearby and without hesitation Annette took us under her wing and co-ordinated everything for us from selection to purchase to hiring contractors; taking pics for us; running missing keys to us; checking in and the list goes on. The owners are all wonderful and we will continue to use Fawn Lake Lumber for our future builds! Next up - large bump-up bunkie with loft, shed and outhouse. We are very grateful and 100% satisfied with the product and the team behind it. Thank you times a million to everyone at Fawn Lake Lumber with a very special shout out to Annette 😄
Had a great experience today. The minute I got out of my truck the yard guy was asking what I needed and pointed me in the right direction. Walked me over to the lumber pile and went over the different product they had. Once I was all loaded up went to the office to pay and was greeted by two lovely ladies that took my money. Lol. Then on the way back to the truck I met Andy one of the owners had a great chat about all the different thing the yard offers and his plans for the future of the business. Look forward to many returns there again in the future. .

We bought an outhouse kit from Fawn Lake Lumber. It was packaged well for pickup and the installation was easy. The pieces fit well and the end product looks great!
