This is the second time I have used West Bay for repairs. Today Ryan replaced my rusty garburator. He was fast and knowledgeable. He didn't talk down to me and explained everything in a concise way. Without being asked he also carefully explained the features of my new garburetor and showed me how to deal if any items clog it up. Not something I expected for sure. Usually someone installs or fixes something and dashes out the door. Hee also checked the filter in my dishwasher and gave my 10 year old hot water tank a quick once over to give me the peace of mind to know that it was still in good workig order. I was very pleased with the reasonable price to the work and believe me, I am calling them for every plumbing problem I have ever again.
