Noah Crowder Designs

I am a member of the Gordon Head Refugee Sponsorship Constituency Group. Noah Crowder responded without hesitation to our call out to create a T/shirt design for a fundraiser during Co Vid times to raise funds to support a Syrian refugee family coming to Victoria. Noah generously donated both his considerable time and expertise to the project.

Our group developed and articulated a number of T shirt ideas through multiple zoom meetings. We also thought it important to express to Noah the vision and purpose of our group. From these initial ideas Noah promptly developed several draft designs for our consideration. As a group we were thrilled with his imaginative renderings that captured our initial ideas and the heart of what we were trying to do as a Refugee Sponsorship Group. His creative design, the one we selected, is striking. Noah’s image says much more than words can convey.

I also want to comment on Noah’s work ethic, collaborating so genuinely with us. As a group of volunteers ourselves, we make group decisions. The t shirt project evolved as we came together over weeks at zoom meetings to discuss next steps. For example, our T shirt involved translations in 5 local languages, featuring Dr. Bonnie Henry’s mantra “Be kind, Be calm, Be safe.” All the translations took time because we needed to hear from fluent speakers who volunteered their proficiency. Noah was patient, understanding prompt and professional in his response to our ongoing communications. I will also comment on Noah’s perseverance in dealing with and resolving unforseen complications for us. The placement of the translations led to uniquely difficult and puzzling concerns. Dealing with a situation where supportive software was not available, Noah persisted in working out the problem, and we have been rewarded with an exceptional design for our T-shirt fundraiser.

By and far the easiest designer I've worked with to date. I came ready with an idea and was willing to be flexible and let Noah take my ideas from there. And what I got back was past my expectations each time. Definitely my go to for things graphic design. Not to mention a fun individual to do photography with. Highly recommend.
