  Such a fantastic atmosphere and great trainers! I love how I always feel welcomed and never intimidated, as I have felt in other gyms/fitness groups. A variety of classes and different levels of fitness make this a great place to workout and get fit!

  GETS RESULTS! Fitness at it's best! Kelly (owner) is an incredibly personable person that is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to fitness. She takes what you bring to each class and helps you find what you thought you could never do. The majority of the clients are female as she offers Baby Boot Camps that allow for kids to be involved, however I started going with my wife and I can't say I've ever been challenged the way I have been here.
  
  If you're looking for a fitness class that cares about you and helps you get the results you've been looking for than this is for you.
