(October 10, 2019, 11:38 am)If you like walking by the ocean,then you're going to love The Breakwater. It's a nice,safe,refreshing walk along a piece of Victoria's,Pacific,marine history. Look across the water , towards the mountains, and there's Port Angeles,in the United States. Walk or drive onto the Coho Ferry,located in the beautiful Inner Harbour,and within 90 minutes(depending on weather)you're arriving in beautiful Port Angeles,with some amazing mountains just a short drive away. Time your walk on The Breakwater with a windy day and......WOW.....the waves crash against the massive concrete blocks with some even spraying water all the way to the other side of The Breakwater and showing the awesome force of mother nature against man's attempts to keep her at bay and protect the entry to the inner harbour and runways of Victoria's ocean airport. Also,located right at the beginning of The Breakwater, is another one of Victoria's many quality restaurants,offering fresh flavours of Pacific seafood that are only possible when you're located on the amazing Vancouver Island. I love living here amongst these landscapes that no where else in this world can match. Enjoy!!

(September 13, 2019, 9:41 pm)Pretty nice place to check out and have a bit of a stroll! At the end is a small light. If you are lucky, you will have a Cruise ship dock and and wave to the people on there!
