I was in a lot of muscular pain and needed an appointment ASAP. I called in to book an time and luckily, they got me in to see Hannah RMT. Hannah is always professional, asks lots of question and really helped me out when I needed it.
I’ve always had a great experience at Active Health and Wellness and I have booked a follow up for a Chiro appt. Next week. -

I definitely recommend Active Health and Wellness for anyone whom is interested in natural methods of healing and pain management. Also - Renee their admin is a gem and deserves a raise!

(May 26, 2022, 12:14 pm)I’m such a huge fan of the clinic, specially Dr. Sean Renshaw (chiropractor) and Hannah White (RMT). I had serious injuries about a year and a half ago when I first came into the clinic, and can’t imagine how I would’ve survived without their support and talent.
For the maintenance of my physical and mental health, I’m still visiting Dr. Sean Renshaw once every couple of weeks. I've found chiropractic essential to balance things out as I go, to avoid going back to those difficult days.
Reneé is lovely and super helpful too, she's golden whenever I need help to schedule or change an appointment. -

He spends a good amount of time assessing the issue, targeting the problem, testing to ensure strength and proper function vs the in and out of many chiros. You feel that he truly cares about your health outcomes and is invested in your health. He also recommends resources and exercises which is helpful.
