  Hello
  
  I bought some envelopes at Canada Post Admirals Walk Victoria BC when I was picking up a parcel I had shipped to me VIA CANADA POST SPECIFIC
  
  today
  
  As Steve was ringing it up, I noticed the price that came up 2.49 was more than the listed price on the shelf ( 2.29)
  
  HE HAS A INDIFFERENT ATTITUDE.
  
  So he made the adjustment as required, and then I paid and did not get a receipt so I asked for one.
  
  On the receipt I got charged $2.49.
  
  I said hey can you please correct this he said there was nothing he could do. I had already opened the package but that is regardless as I still needed the envelopes.
  
  He said they are not required to do anything. And its all mandated by Canada post.
  
  I asked for his supervisor and he said he was the supervisor. Which is untrue. Christine is the supervisor.
  
  Have a nice day
  
  I am upset that he agreed to change the price, and then still charged me the wrong price.
  
  That is not how we should operate as human beings.

  A great local pharmacy; The store is well organized and always immaculate. The staff here are professional, personable and ready to help you find what you need.
  
  Their cashier Shaun really goes above and beyond to help customers. He's very enthusiastic and eager to please! Love going in when he's working. Keep it up.
