(February 9, 2022, 6:49 pm)I have been working on my shoulder issue with Amar for a short while and he has been so helpful. We have a little way to go still but it is definitely getting better. He is very knowledgeable, personable and professional. Not only is Amar treating me physically, he has explained exactly what is happening to my body and why. This is an integral part of the healing process because it allows me to understand why I am doing the exercises he has given me. I appreciate him so much. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing help.

(January 25, 2022, 2:15 am)Amar is fabulous, knowledgeable, but more importantly if you follow is simple exercises, i mean simple relating to your injury he makes it work. Four weeks after a hamstring injury I was back on the ball field feeling stronger than ever.

(October 21, 2021, 1:48 am)I first started going to Amar when I had a hip injury, I was desperately searching for answers as I am an avid hiker/backpacker and have a 6 month trip coming up. With Amar’s help we were able to develop a plan of action that helped me rehab and strengthen my hip. I still continue to do the exercises he gave me and keep working on the issues and imbalances he discovered during our time together. He would also refer me to other people when I needed it when he found himself out of his scope of practice like an RMT to help massage out the tight muscles around my hip. 10/10 amazing guy and physiotherapist. His professionalism and ability to communicate with clients is greatly appreciated.
