(February 4, 2022, 8:26 pm)The manager of the store, Tracy, was above and beyond helpful. I had an issue with an online order and she devoted a tonne of time and effort to resolving it for me. I cannot recommend the customer service hers enough. Bonus, the suitcase I bought was also excellent.
