John was able to fit us in between some projects he was working on and was a big help. He was easy to deal with, did quality work and most importantly he was very reliable. We would be happy to use him again.

He has a keen eye for detail, was punctual, came in on schedule and budget, has a great team of subs and really cares about doing a great job. We are very pleased with the end result as he addressed all our requests and went above and beyond. I would recommend him unequivocally.

He has great communication skills and he genuinely cared about us and our project. Jonathan researched ideas to enhance the final outcome and strived to keep costs down.
