I have seen Dr Cooper for a couple years now. I have to say he is an amazing Dr. He takes your appointment seriously, he listens to what you say, he's caring and you get that right when you walk into his office. Elaine is very sweet and caring as well. For sure would recommend Dr Cooper.
Great doctor. He is honest, very well mannered and trustworthy. I haven't had a surgery yet and I am not sure I will need one...but if I do Dr. Cooper would be the only person I would allow to do it.
