He was flexible in working with us, including being on standby twice when we we went into multiple offer situations and weren't successful. Ultimately, Jan conducted a pre-offer inspection for us on short notice which was vital to us getting the house of our dreams, and his thoroughness allowed us to go in without an inspection condition with confidence.

He does very diligent work and responds very quickly, I would absolutely recommend Lighthouse to anyone who is buying a home, can't say enough great things about Jan! Great service, great guy

I appreciate that I could ask him questions and send emails and he was friendly and happy to explain everything. Highly recommend him!
