(July 30, 2020, 1:03 am)I was very disappointed with the way we were treated this time around. I understand that with COVID 19 people have to be more careful but I didn’t feel very welcomed. We arrived and were out of our car unloading our luggage and a worker came out without even a simple “Hi welcome” greeting. We arrived on our room floor, came out of the elevator and again no greeting by a worker. It was more like avoidance. My family and I were all wearing masks too out of consideration for others. We just came from Tofino and the hotel workers there were so obliging opening the doors, greeting every second they saw us. Don’t think I will ever come and stay here again.
We are all taking chances workers and travellers. But we would still like to be treated as loyal customers who are still paying a lot to receive the service we deserve. -

(July 9, 2020, 8:46 pm)This is a fantastic spot on the waterfront in downtown Victoria. Close to the Legislature and easy walking distance to the harbour front and shopping downtown.
Staff are friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are clean and well appointed.
Bonus: Lots of power plugs/charge points which is always a win. :) -

(June 18, 2020, 6:13 am)Perfect location right downtown Victoria, right across the street from the Harbour. Staff proved to be extremely friendly and helpful. The Hotel Grand Pacific has many amenities including an amazing indoor pool and probably the nicest gym I've seen in a hotel. Rooms were very clean and spacious, some coming with a view over looking the harbour. The restaurant in the lobby provides excellent food with a variety of options for everyone. No matter what the occasion, I highly recommend staying at the Hotel Grand Pacific.

(February 18, 2020, 12:56 am)Fantastic location at the harbour, convenient to the tourist hot spots. Staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, especially the concierge. My room with two queen beds was a good comfortable size. The pool and exercise facilities are decent though can get busy at times. It is a great hotel for a family to stay when visiting Victoria.
